Ordering and delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Each piece is made to order, so it is printed for you after you buy it rather than taken off a shelf.

Standard delivery
United States: 12 to 14 days
International: 21 to 30 days

Priority delivery
United States: 3 to 5 days
International: 5 to 7 days

These times are deliberately generous. We would rather your order arrive early than late.

Do you ship outside Jamaica?

Yes. Silk Charisma ships internationally, and most orders go overseas. Delivery times for international orders are shown above.

Why does it take longer than an ordinary shop?

Because nothing is mass produced and sitting in a warehouse. Every item is printed when you order it, then sent to you. That is what keeps each piece intentional rather than generic.

Paying

How can I pay?

Checkout is handled securely through Shopify, with PayPal available at checkout.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

Every piece is made to order for you, so we cannot accept returns on items that cannot break.

Breakable items, such as mugs, cups and wall art, are different. If one arrives damaged, we will accept the return, because that is never your fault.

Please make any claim within 14 days.
